Just a quick blog post before I resume cramming for my 5 pm class:
Last week, as everyone is aware (and I highly doubt that anyone is not), we had an almost week-long vacation, [no] thanks to the rain and flooding in several areas. Actually, some places still do not have classes! This is very unfortunate but for a student, it’s “yey, vacay!” Oh, the times I spent constantly refreshing Twitter checking #walangpasok.
Of course, this is not to say that all students are ecstatic for the same reason. There exists a rare breed called law students and I belong to such. We are beyond glad not because no classes means vacation, but because it means vacation from recits (read: embarrassment) — and, more importantly, more time to, you guessed it right, STUDY.
Well, if only I used all the free time I had to read because most of the time I did just stare blankly into space. Sigh.
